To return the property to three self-contained assisted living homes.
RDS Carebuild was appointed by Liaise Group Holdings (formerly Corinthian Healthcare Ltd) to carry out the complete restoration and reconfiguration of a property in High Wycombe. The goal was to return the building to its intended use as three self-contained assisted living homes for individuals with varying care needs.
The property had suffered extensive damage due to a major plumbing failure, leaving it uninhabitable and in need of a full internal refit. Our task was not just to repair but to reimagine the space as modern, compliant, and comfortable supported living accommodation—with careful attention to safety, independence, and long-term resilience.
RDS Carebuild carried out a tightly managed 12-week construction programme, working to high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. The project included:
This end-to-end approach ensured every aspect of the property was rebuilt with both resident needs and care provider priorities in mind.
The completed works returned the property to a high standard of finish, delivering three independent, self-contained assisted living homes ready for immediate occupancy. Each unit is thoughtfully designed to balance independence with accessibility, offering a safe and comfortable environment for residents who require varying levels of support.
The project stands as another example of RDS Carebuild’s expertise in refurbishing specialist care properties, with full compliance to fire regulations, building standards, and best practices in supported living design.
